Model and product; Physical location with its contacts; Licenses and users, with their different, versions, revisions and update dates; Status, warranty and type of contract; Documentation linked to both purchase and sale, as well as the traceability generated by the same.

It keeps a history of everything that has happened since the date of installation.

Describing the spare parts incorporated, incidents generated and interventions carried out. With the added value of being able to analyze the solutions applied to the equipment according to their individual typification or on specific models, generating a better control from a technical quality point of view of the equipment to be maintained.

In the same line, it informs us about the quality of the technical service, either person by person or as a whole: response time, recurrence in the same type of repairs to the same equipment, etc.

From the above, and with the simple routine processes, we directly obtain the profitability of the analyzed element, either equipment or group.

When invoicing a piece of equipment with a serial number, it has the following automatic repercussions: It deregisters it in the warehouse, records the operation, registers the sale in the VAT register, registers it in the park associated with that customer, controls maintenance and copies, controls maturities in the backlog, et

When the customer requests a consumable or a technical solution, we are automatically informed of the risk, unpaid and overdue amounts, sales history and, in short, of the customer's quality.

When invoicing a maintenance or spare part to a customer: In addition to the linkage with the warehouse, accounting and VAT registration, apply it to the equipment or equipment that has that customer through a relationship pre-established by the user himself.

DYNAMIC REPORTS

New philosophy of reports from which, after making a selection, you can enter the origin of the data and work directly on it without leaving these reports. Park control: Individualized and overall view of the situation in the analysis period of installed units. Segregating them by model, machine or family. Providing us with a clear outline of the situation of our fleet according to the following parameters: Total installed equipment, by active guarantees, with maintenance, with urgent contracts or other types, with bonuses, without active maintenance contracts, also the cancellations in the analysis period and a control of the total licenses with and without maintenance.

Time evolution report: Control of the number of incidents and interventions carried out, with their daily averages and times used: teaching response time, reaction time, maximum response time, travel time and others that allow us to identify the justification of the total time. Percentage of incidents solved in the first visit. Spare parts changed and with a detailed analysis of the recurrence of incidents.

Consumables: Controls of EXCESSES and DEFECTS of consumption based on the quantities offered by the meters per unit of consumables.

Meter evolution report: Complete report where we can see the monthly evolution of the total number of meters in our active fleet, with a direct link to previous years where you can see the evolution of a multitude of data such as average income/prices, etc.

Profitability: It reflects all the parameters involved in INCOME – COSTS. Profit per TEAM.

Select Lists: The user creates his own lists in the format he wants with any existing data. Possibility of exporting to EXCEL, PDF and PNG.
